That does speed something up, but doesn't solve my main issue...

If you look at my sample map, I have about 20 "EXCLUSIVE VILLAGE
COMMERCIAL" labels when I only want one.  My problem that there are 20
polygons that make up that 1 area.  Is there a process or app that can
use to simplify the polygons?  It would be better if there was a way
to fix this using KML.
