Is the satellite layer not available this afternoon (~1430 MDT)? I have a number of pages that are in development, all based on the hybrid map type. As of about 10 minutes ago, they have all stopped working. I can switch to the default "map" and "terrain" types and they work fine.
I just tried the sample code page at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/examples/control-maptypes.html and was able to duplicate the error, so I don't believe that it is just my API key... This occurs in IE7, Firefox2, and Chrome, btw.
