Is Coventry in West Midlands for administration and Warwickshire for
postal purposes? Or is it in Warwickshire for both? AdministrativeArea
shouldn't be used for postal addresses.

Anyway, at the moment, AdministrativeArea/SubAdministrativeArea is
shot to pieces. Add your star or comment to

The best way to geocode is not to use the county name at all, unless
you're trying to geocode a duplicated placename like Newport or
Ashford (and even then, a page like Mike's example at
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_didyoumean1.htm shows how to deal
with "Church Road, Newport")
