I response to your questions:
1. This is a windows app, not a web page.  I do have a web browser
control with the map on the application.  I'd like to get the
distances in a table format on the windows app so I can sort the
locations by the companies closest to a destination.

2. This is a personal application to help find the closest location(s)
to a specified point.

3. Yes, I have read the terms, and I am following the terms.  No one
is being charged for these services.
