Ok My need is to design a LBS (Location-Based Service) system that provides a GMaps API for display the real time tracking service. The LBS system should interact with a plataform (design by one group of students in a college) that get the positions from GPSs equipments remotely. What lengauge you suggest to be used in this case? It will probably run in a Linux environment
