No. Anything you download to the browser is visible to anyone who wants to
look at it.

You could obfuscate the data in some way and decode it in your JavaScript
code. That will prevent casual users from looking at it, but it won't stop
anyone with a bit of JavaScript knowledge.

Sorry, it's just how browsers work.
