Yes, but we agree that some kind of mechanism does exist. I do
remember that Mike Williams once presented an explanation about it but
I did not manage to find the post.

Still I think that the current behavior of 'sorry' tiles is unintended
and I will post that as an issue. My approach to use the number of <p>
elements is a desperate hack. So I will put a request that they would
use a more exotic tag on those tiles. Something like <sorrytile>.
