Yeah, the URL I posted was forwarding to my local machine, which I've disabled now. My app isn't ready to be put online yet; it's still restricted to localhost. Needless to say, it (ExtInfoWindow in my app) is all working now. Hopefully anyone who encounters this in the future will read this thread.
