Is it possible to map from a street name (e.g., "Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD") to a polyline that spans the entire length of the street? Said differently, I'd like to get driving directions from one terminus of the street to the other given just the name of the street. Based on what I've been able to gather, this may require other resources, such as the TIGER/Lines data for US streets.
