UK postcodes currently are geocoded using the sector number. Don't
count on it continuing to be the case.

BS99 is not a valid **locatable** postcode. BS99 is for large users
who are spread all over the city. If you could get a location for it,
it would be the sorting office.

The answer is not to use postcodes but real addresses.
