Thanks for the post. This clearly restricts the use in my case. So I have to do a work around. In my interpretation, following way of use should hit google's terms of use: A user fills in his adress in a input field. Based on this i can geocode the adress data. With the result of geocoding i do a distance search. The result list contains a link to a detail site, in wich a googleMap is located (the map is called based on the results of the geocoding). Short: I'd like to geocode filled in adress data, do a seach based on the google geocoding data and draw the google map on a second detail site. What about this solution?
