Thanks.  I have updated info.  I had all of them clear their cache.
then used v=2.73  it worked for the ones that didn't work and
stopped working for the one persons who started working with
version 2.x
is there a version after 2.73  and before 2.x that I can try.

where can I find the list of versions?  or what was changed in
them?
