Hello. I have read many posts regarding this error but no solutions have helped. I am using Internet Explorer 6.0.28. I have this code:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/ >
Google Maps JavaScript API Example

The page address is http://www.paxtontechnologies.com/EquityPlus/test.html. I get the Object Expected Error when the code hits the if (GBrowser..... line in the javascript code. The page works fine in FireFox. I have tried listing maps.google.com as a trusted site, turning off my firewall with no benefit. Clear cache and browser history does not work. If I load maps.google.com first and then load my page then it works fine. Does anyone have a resolution for this? Thank you for your help.
