I doubt it. It's only happening to you. Every couple of minutes you, or someone sharing the same IP as you, is just asking for too many images. What is it that you are doing exactly, to know it is every couple of minutes? Can you show us one of the maps you are looking at? It could be your ISP not doing a good job with the subtle parts of IP addressing, like 'forwarded for' in the headers.
