I would suggest that you alter your database to include the geographic coordinates of your dealers (or the geographic coordinates you want to use for each dealer's zipcode), rather than attempt to geocode dealers every time the page is displayed in a client. Note that your setTimeout line doesn't wait for 900 seconds. It sets off a background task which will run "" in 900 seconds' time.
