That works in IE6 for me -- at least, the controls work. You do get
the infoWindow-doesn't-avoid-controls problem, though. It's possible
that something in your browser cache isn't right: have you tried
clearing that? IE has an aggressive caching policy and will happily
load a corrupt script from cache.

[I find closing the infoWindow on mouseout particularly unfriendly:
opening the infoWindow moves the map, so the marker moves out from
under the mouse and the infoWindow closes by itself]
