Sorry, satellite maps on the Google Map API and Google Maps are not
real time. They get updated at most every two or three years - maybe
less in the US.

If the motorcycle who was involved has a GPS transmitter, then you can
obviously track it, but from real-time satellite imagery ... this is
only available at sub-metre resolution to the NSA and, possibly, to
the Indian equivalent ;-)
