I have tried accessing the following url:
http://code.google.com/p/gmaps-utility-library/
... to download the javascript library, but i get this error:
"Google Error
Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL /p/gmaps-utility-
library/ from this server. "
Perhaps this is because i'm trying to access this site from Syria,
where i am traveling. Perhaps you can confirm/deny or give me an
alternate place to acquire the markermanager.js library
