Yes, I can confirm this.
I put up a test page here:

http://chrismarx.googlepages.com/poly-error-on-style-change.html

If you click the map and add polygons that don't have mouseover
listeners to change opacity, everything is fine. If you try to add
polygons with the mouseover behavior, you get this error:

a[vJ] is undefined

fiebug reports the location of the script as o9bnTcym...0Pw (line 1)
