Add height and width attributes to your <img> tags so that the API knows 
what size to make the info window before the images get fetched.

Preloading would also work, but is less efficient because you have to 
wait for the images to be fetched. It currently doesn't work because you 
try to load it from
    http://beverleytowntrail.co.uk/images/preload.js
instead of
    http://beverleytowntrail.co.uk/css/preload.js
