Never say anything is urgent. Never ask for code: we'll help you debug what you have written, but hardly anyone here writes code for free. Please provide a link in order that we can see what your page is doing and how you're getting it to do that. What you are asking for appears to be the default behaviour: go to http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?exp=maps#map_control_localsearch and search for Google. Clicking each of the five results moves the map to the corresponding marker.
