I've no idea. You haven't given a link, nor have you said what is not working. Note that the IP address of a website visitor isn't available in Javascript, which is why there's a php script. However: if you have the scripts as implemented by geoiptool, then they work. Geoiptool's website demonstrates that. What we are not going to do is to write scripts for you or attempt to analyse code which is posted in the group. Post a link so we can see what you are currently doing.
