Hi Google Maps Forum, I've created a google map involving the shortcut method in producing google maps. This is when an API is not involve and the google map is produced by google earth where the kml file is saved to a server. A html codes is provided by google maps when the url of the kml is pasted into the google map search engine. Google Maps spit out an html code in the "embed website" link at the top right corner where you can embed into your web page's html code.
Be that this is the situation, the question that I have is about the left margin section for layers that google maps produces as seen in the image below. Click Link and refer to top sample image: http://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~jthai/gmap-help/gmap-burlingame.html My question for this forum is, is how do I retain or recreate a left margin section in my embed map? Current embed map simply have only the map.
