You obviously didn't read John's reply very carefully. What kind of help do you expect by asking the same question again? As John said, this can be difficult, and if you are unable to determine whether custom tiles are actually being used in a map you've seen, or how to query the database for properties in a rectangular area, then the project might be beyond your current skills. There are two options to achieve what you want: Server side clustering or custom tiles.
