Two api keys (Gmaps and twitter) in one?

First of all sorry for my ignorance, I have beenusing Google maps so
far understanding relatively well but I have found this code what I
suppose includes to api keys, possibly one for twitter and another for
Google maps, but... maybe not, can somebody tell me?
