Last time I dealt with GPolygon (Jan 2009) it was mandatory to use the GPolygon.fromEncoded API in order to get a polygon with holes drawn correctly. There have been some other advices (bratliffs "bridge" solution, which connected the inner and outer polygon by a bridge of width 0), but the encoded approach did work in any case.
