Update: I tried resetting my internet options, on the chance that maybe it was something screwy with my install (Control Panel-->Internet Options-- >Advanced-->Reset), but I still get the same behavior. I haven't tried re-installing, but won't do that unless someone tells me it looks fine for them under IE7.
