Ross, thanks for explaining the reason behind this it all makes sense now..

Now for the Ubiquitous computing project, I want to run this program using
on an iPhone, using iPhone SDK library(webView framework). I'm finding the
interface to the public website quite slow. So I wanted to load the tiles
locally from the iPhone and overlay it on the Google map.
What would you suggest for this kind of overlay mashup, should I enroll
myself for a different type of API Key..?
