Hi Ross,

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.

I am not going to modify the content of the map data at all, I am not
going to even download the map data to my server.

All I want is the user to get the URL to the static map and download
it himself into a browser class of the IPhone SDK.
Thus I technically am not breaking any term.

As to the "proffesionalizm" of a lawyer I really doubt they will give
me a good answer in a timely manner considering this is a very
technical (somewhat) evasive question.

I could go the OSM way but it will require more development time, I
would rather use the Google Maps solution since it also looks a bit
nicer. (and I have written most of the code already)

And I would really appreciate if there was some official google guy
who could respond on my question (all due respect to you Ross).

Thanks,
Roman
