I hope I'm in the correct forum. I need some advice. I have a script working that I hacked together using a couple of the functions in map. I had to use map.getCenter() and map.H() to send the map state to the new iframes that get created. It works great, but I was wondering if it was wrong of me to pick into the script to find the functions so I could make this work? I don't want to use it if I violated any rules about decompiling code. I used javascript to look at the map object and get alerts with the functions on them. It's how I followed the script enough to figure out where the values were coming from. I'm self taught and I use this technique for debugging. I didn't mean to violate any rules if I did. Where can I contact a google representative to get an official answer?
I would post the script, but I need to find out if it violates any rules. here's an image of it working http://h1.ripway.com/stirfry/maps/IleftYouDirectionsDotcom.jpg Thanks for any help finding this information. I'll gladly share the script once I know it's not going to be a legal problem. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
