Hi Andrew and Mike Thanks for your quick reply. Much appreciated. I'm going to discuss your ideas with our developer and get back to you. I didnt realise that only the 1st part of the second half of the postcode is used.
We do indeed have similar problems happening with other postcodes, and I think Google Maps API is likely to be struggling with certain postcodes for the reasons you have outlined.
