You don't provide any link or example of the inaccurate geocoding!

Geocoding is not necessarily an accurate service, and some geocoders
will provide different results than others - some geographic locations
have better geocoding databases than others.

If you know it is not exact then obviously you know the actual lat/lng
of the location. It is always better, if you are marking the same
location many times, to geocode the location once ( via a geocoder or
manually) and store the actual lat/lng with the address.
