If you can get a reference to your polygon, then you can make calls like

    GPolygon.setFillStyle({color:"ff0000", opacity:0.5})
    GPolygon.setStrokeStyle({color:"000000", opacity:0.8, weight:3})

Obtaining a reference to your polygon can be a bit tricky if you're 
using GGeoXml to load your KML file.
