As others have said this is not really a google maps issue, but I've
had the same issue with EE, linebreaks, and javascript in the past.
If output-processed php is available to you on that page...
<?php print str_replace("\n", " ", "{fare_outlet_address}"); ?>
Otherwise you'll have to perform the replacement with a custom query
and use the mysql REPLACE() function.

REPLACE(field_id_somenumber, char(10), " ") is what I've used in the
past within my queries.
