Hi,

I work as a developer for a company that produces an online directory
of local businesses and we currently place static maps onto this site
for the premium account holders. We would like to convert these maps
into interactive google maps using the API but are in a little bit of
a grey area regarding the terms of service. The premium listing in the
directory give them a higher position and other benefits but we
provide the current map as a free extra for those listings. Therefore
if we changed to the google maps api we would also be giving the map
for free but would only appear on the paid for listings. Is this
acceptable use of the maps API or would we be required to provide the
maps to all of the none paying clients to ensure that the terms are
met?

Many thanks,
Andy
