You can check for being blocked by pointing your browser at an 
individual tile image.

   http://khm0.google.com/kh/v=39&hl=en&x=0&y=0&z=1

If you get a 403 error instead of an image, then the tile server is 
blocking you. There may be a CAPCHA with the 403 error that will unblock 
you, or you can wait 24 hours. Then try to avoid repeating whatever you 
did to get blocked.
