10.12 seems very clear to me ...
you must not (nor may you permit anyone else to):
    use or display the Content without a corresponding Google map ....
(for example, you must not use geocodes obtained through the Service
except in conjunction with a Google map ...)

I do not think providing a link counts as a 'corresponding map'.  I do
think providing geocoded data in an SMS message is allowing others to
use it without a map.

There are other geocoding services that may have different terms, as
you're not interested in a map
