A (much) simpler demo

Arrived at this demo by
going through the old one and stripping out first all code not needed
to launch the map, (including jQuery and all other libs)
simplified the html a bit. Moved map to just under the body tag
removed all stylesheets
removed all non-essential html.

Can anyone give me some pointers here?

FYI, the link from my previous post ATM is just like this one.


Marcelo - It occurs to me, do you use source from "http://
www.google.com/jsapi?" or are you using the older "http://
maps.google.com/maps?"
