use v3 Google Map (no API Key required) but sensor=true or false is
still required

The API key is for Google tracking/stats and for Data Suppliers
(TeleAtlas) when senor=true.
Part of Google's Licence with TeleAtlas.

but v3 is still limited in functionality (no polylines etc yet but
will be looking forward to it)
