Gotcha, thanks Ross! Much appreciated explanation, I have to admit JS is not my forte` whatsoever. It seems to be working perfectly now, I have declared info as a global var and placed the line var info = new Infowin(point, html); in the function of showing the address instead of the initialize map one.
