I'm currently working on a project which allows the creation of a map starting at point a, mapping the route, and ending at point b. This being fairly simple, I accomplished it with little problem on the website, but now I'm being asked to do a trick by making the route itself appear in contact's mailboxes. I was planning on using the static map API, and while it solved the main problem of getting a map sent out in emails, it doesn't solve the underlying problem of providing a visual guideline between the two markers. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this without screen capture software?
