I'm afraid I know the answer to this rather general question (I think
the answer is NO) but I'm gonna ask anyway:

Is there any way of making your markers (whatever they may be) visible
in Google Maps. In other words - I use Google Maps API to create
interactive maps on my site and it works just fine. It would however
be nice if the places of interest I have on my site could be visible
even for those who do not visit my page but just use maps.google.com
and look on an area where something from my site is located (to be
more specific - I have a site with restaurant reviews and it would be
nice if these reviews were accessible via Google Maps just as they are
when someone finds them via a normal Google search).

Is the question clear? Is the answer really NO?
