I don't know if this is the right group for this question, but I can't find a more suitable one so here goes.
I've built a directory of sorts for a client that includes company listings. They want to sell expanded listings and include the Google Map as part of the "expanded" listing (i.e. the free listing won't get the Google Map, but the "expanded"/paid listing will.) I can't find anything that explicitly states that this is a violation of the Maps API ToS, but I suspect that it probably is, given that it's a free service and that Google wants Adsense run on maps. If someone could advise as to whether or not I'm correct, I'd appreciate it muchly.
