I imagine that this.b was at one time the unexposed symbol for this.GDraggableObject. Such unexposed symbols change every time you use a different release.
However, versions of the API since v2.100 have included a GMap2.fromLatLngToContainerPixel() Method, so you no longer need to write your own.
