The link to echoecho.com is really helpful for me.

I've now eliminated the extra <html>  etc , I think.  I am now having
a problem as to were to place the <body> and </body>.  Is the <body
onload= the same as <body> by itself?  I may be getting closer now
with your help.  Gil
