Because Yahoo is hosting my domain, and I selected them because I use the SiteBuilder program at work to do the office web site which has turned out great, I wanted to continue using the SiteBuilder at home for my personal web site. I can work with SiteBuilder off line and only have to connect when I need to upload a finished page. Yahoo keeps all my files, the htmls, the photos, & the colored markes on their server, so I have to get on the browser and go to certain pages where all my files are. I also have all my files on my computer. Getting on line, going to my files pages, they have a selection for editing, saving the finished file and then I can see the page on my other computer. The only thing is that the edited new file doesn't get shown in my computer folders, but that's OK so far. The editing view that I see at their web pages is hardly no different then working with a file in Word. No line numbers etc.
