I went through and fixed a number of the items, but I think there's
something else going on. The images in the upper left hand corner
show up fine on my local laptop, but not when it's coming through the
hosted site. Could it be related to a security setting within IE
that's preventing the downloading of the images? The javascript
functions throughout the page are working correctly, it's as if the
link to the source of the images is somehow not being recognized for
the controls.
