Not really.

Is your image called "img_2365.jpg" or "555-main-street-chicago-il-
usa.jpg"? How are you linking the image to its geolocation? Why are
you not simply using the geotag data to identify the image?

Using an address to identify a location seems really odd, I'm afraid.
Addresses do change. Geographic coordinates don't.
