I would too. NAD83 is almost exactly (~2m) the same as WGS84 and EPSG: 4326. The query seems to be about how TerraServer handles what it's passed (and as such is out of scope here). There are a few areas where Google's map tiles are misplaced, but those are being ironed out and are usually shown by Hybrid mode being misaligned.
