I seem to recall a previous license restriction on use of the free GM API for state and local government public websites, but now when I read the Terms of Service and License I do not find that information.
Other than the geocoding/navigation usage restrictions, is it correct to assume that state/local government sites can utilize the Google Maps API in public facing websites for simple maps displays?
